NEW BUFFALO — Winterfest 2023 was celebrated during the week of Feb. 13-18 (and on Feb. 21 after an ice storm delayed Friday activities).
Fun and games, dress-up days, volleyball matches, a dance, a pep rally and boys and girls basketball games were part of the festivities.
