New Buffalo students who promoted the upcoming performances of “Mary Poppins” in the March 7 St. Patrick’s Parade pose for a photo in Lions Pavilion Park.

The River Valley Middle/High School production of “Fiddler on the Roof” and the New Buffalo Drama Department's presentation of Disney’s “Mary Poppins," both originally scheduled for March 20, 21 and 22 shows, have been postponed due to the closing of all Michigan schools due to the coronavirus.

A Bridgman Schools staging of :Shrek Jr." that had been set to begin March 13 also did not take place.
