THREE OAKS — The Village of Three Oaks posted the following "Public Safety Information" on its Facebook page Monday afternoon, Sept. 9:

"On September 9, 2019, between 11:40 AM and 11:46 a.m. two tellers at New Buffalo Savings Bank in Three Oaks were ordered to put money on the counter by an armed robber. The suspect took the money and left the bank by getting into an older Chrysler (dark blue or black). No one was physically harmed.

The suspect was identified as a white male between 5'6" and 5'8", 150 to 180 pounds, wearing a white tank top covered by a black zip-up sweater and wearing winter gloves.

If you have any information that you believe can assist with the capture of the suspect, please leave a message at the Three Oaks Police Department — (269) 756-9585."
